Around the Marjan Park area you'll find a number of the most popular, with coffee bars along the promenade to relax in after a day of exploring the local culture. However you'll be in for a unique sight once you arrive. The locals of Split spend much of their time enjoying a water game developed in the area known as Picigin, similar to a form of handball. The more adventurous may want to join in - thanks to the game's relaxed and informal nature, you shouldn't have any problem finding people to play with!
